Terms and Conditions

By accessing and using the Pricify website and services ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you should not use the Service. These terms apply to all users of the Service, including builders, homeowners, suppliers, and any other visitors.

Pricify provides an online marketplace that connects builders and homeowners ("Buyers") with building material suppliers ("Suppliers"). The Service facilitates the submission of material requirements, the receipt of quotes, and communication between Buyers and Suppliers. Pricify does not itself sell, supply, or deliver any building materials. We act solely as an intermediary connecting Buyers with Suppliers.

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. Pricify reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided proves to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to: • Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation. • Use the Service to transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable. • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service. • Use the Service to send unsolicited commercial communications. • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service.

Quotes provided through the Service are submitted by independent Suppliers and are not endorsed or guaranteed by Pricify. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any quotes. Any transaction entered into between a Buyer and a Supplier is solely between those parties. Pricify is not a party to any such transaction and accepts no liability for disputes arising between Buyers and Suppliers. Prices quoted may be subject to change and are valid only for the period stated by the Supplier.

Suppliers agree to provide accurate and honest pricing information. Suppliers are responsible for fulfilling orders in accordance with the terms they have quoted, including delivery timescales and specifications. Suppliers must hold all necessary licences, permits, and insurance required to carry out their business. Pricify reserves the right to remove any Supplier from the platform who fails to meet our quality standards.

Certain features of the Service for Suppliers require the purchase of credits. Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits do not expire unless your account is terminated. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. Pricify does not store your payment card details.

All content, trademarks, logos, and intellectual property displayed on the Service are the property of Pricify Limited or their respective owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Service without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pricify Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: • Your use of or inability to use the Service. • Any quotes, content, or conduct of any third party on the Service. • Unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Pricify in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pricify Limited, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

Pricify reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
